Heartwood Institute is dedicated to protecting and preserving the natural world. Through advocacy, education and public arts projects, we ensure forests will last forever. We believe humanity and nature are intrinsically woven together and our future is dependent on the health of our forests. We provide grants to Indigenous-led organizations, advance climate policy, pioneer research in environmental psychology and create experiences to encounter and fall in love with trees.
